Keeping you, our valued customers, and our associates safe is a top priority at Honda of Cleveland, so we wanted to share the steps we’re taking in response to coronavirus. With help from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as various COVID 19 information sites, we’re developing preventative measures to maintain a clean, healthy environment at our dealership so you can feel safe and comfortable during your visit.
First and foremost, we’ve ramped up cleaning efforts. We are frequently cleaning the dealership throughout the day focusing on surfaces, doors, and any areas that might be a high-touch area with sanitizing solutions. We also have associates dedicated to doing a deep cleaning of key areas at night.
Second, we have asked all vendors and suppliers to stop their visits except for essential services that we require to service you as our customer.
Third, we’ve asked associates who aren’t feeling well to refrain from coming in. We’ve also shared a new policy with them that provides extra flexibility to stay home, as well as pay options and support if they are affected by the virus.
Fourth, we have invested in various antibacterial products that will be placed all over the dealership to be used by both customers and associates throughout the day. These products will be at all major touch-points.
Fifth, we have taken recommendations from the CDC on eliminating gatherings as well as instilling the concept of social distancing to all our associates.
